Returns

WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT ALL ITEMS PURCHASED IN THE "FINAL STOCK CLEARANCE SALE" ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

All items are returnable within one week of purchase. An email should be sent to info@pocket-venus.net to obtain the returns number and the returns address. Your card will be refunded on receipt of the returned item as long as the tags are still attached and the item is undamaged and has not been worn. We are unable to refund the shipping cost on sale items.

We accept most major credit and debit cards including visa, American Express and Mastercard. Please note, we do not accept cheques or postal orders.

At www.pocket-venus.net, your card is only charged when we know we have the stock to fulfil your order. Therefore, on submitting your card details, we will check to ensure we can send you the requested goods, and only then will your card be charged. You will be emailed by World Pay to inform you that the transaction, on behalf of Pocket Venus Ltd, has been successful. If the items you have ordered are not in stock, you will not be charged for for these items and you will be advised by email if we are unable to complete your order.

No contract will subsist between you and Pocket Venus Ltd, for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until www.pocket-venus.net accepts your order by email confirming that it has dispatched your product. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in Hong Kong. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, and you and Pocket Venus Ltd irrevocably submit to the non-exlusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts
